Similar to the guidelines provided to us in grade school by the 3 "R"s, the direction provided by the University's 6 "C" framework will offer local Alumni the opportunity to participate in many of the initiatives fashioned to advance the interests of alumni and their University through a commitment to excellence in a lifelong relationship. The Alumni Club of Boston offers many events throughout the year that fall into the "Continuing Education C" and are designed to encourage contemporary dialogue between alumni and friends of the University in a comfortable setting. These events include, but are not limited to: ND Networks Boston ND Networks is a premiere business network focused on offering executive relationships, business knowledge, career development, and professional mentoring. The ND Club's desire is to build a strong business community that appeals to all successful business professionals. Hesburgh Lecture Series The Hesburgh Lecture Series brings the Notre Dame campus to its alumni and communities. The program strives to encourage intellectual dialogue between alumni, community members, and the distinguished faculty of Notre Dame. These lectures address issues reflective of the unique strengths of the University: leadership in family life, church issues, ethical concerns, social problems, political questions, spiritual life, and the liberal arts and serve to revitalize the intellectual spirit both of the graduate and the faculty.
