Board meetings are generally scheduled for the first Monday evening of every other month beginning in January. Exceptions to this rule are made to avoid general conflicts such as holidays. The exact dates are posted on the club calendar. Most meetings start at 6:30p and are held in Boston at One Financial Center. Meetings are regularly attended by board & committee members. However, all club members are welcome to attend provided that the name of the attending club member is provided in time to arrange for clearance through building security. See the meeting event in the calendar for the appropriate contact person.
