Notre Dame Club of Boston

The 2010 Notre Dame Club of Boston Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, October 4, 2010. Pleasant Valley Country Club, Sutton, MA, one of the premier courses in New England and host to dozens of PGA, LPGA, NEPGA and USGA tournaments is again the site.

Proceeds of the event are earmarked for the Club’s Scholarship Fund. In addition to helping the brightest and most qualified local area students who demonstrate financial need to attend Notre Dame, the Fund helps to provide scholarships to Summer Service Project students. The ND Club of Boston continues to be a leader in the Summer Service Project thanks in large part to the generosity of those who have participated in previous Golf Tournaments. This year the Club helped to sponsor 10 students. Summer Service Project students work at shelters, community centers and other social support organizations in Massachusetts during summer break and provide invaluable support to those who need it most. Community service really needs your support!

Please join us on October 4. The cost of the tournament for all Club member levels will once again remain at $175 due in large part to our sponsors. This includes greens fee, cart, driving range, continental breakfast, dinner, prizes and more. Non-member price is $190 and non alumni are encouraged to join us. Format is individual stroke play and there will be both individual and team awards and many other prizes. The Dick Lambert Memorial Trophy will also be awarded.
